2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include your name, address, phone number, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
MaxLarge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
